1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not working properly.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories.
  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered.

2. Return Request Time

Customers must raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery of the product.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, user manual, accessories, and any free items received with it.
  • The product should not show signs of misuse, physical damage, tampering, or installation-related damage caused by the customer.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective on arrival:

  • Consumable electrical/electronic items
  • Used or installed products
  • Custom orders or special procurement items
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, voltage fluctuation, water damage, or unauthorized repair
  • Clearance / final sale items, if specifically marked as non-returnable

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be processed through bank transfer or another suitable method after collecting the required details.

6. Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability, or
  • A refund if replacement is not possible.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If approved, the amount will be refunded as per the refund timeline mentioned above.

8. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a wrong product, damaged item, or seller-side issue, RC Electronics may arrange return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges, where applicable.
  • If the return is due to customer preference or ordering error, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
